1. When can I expect my order to arrive?

2. Is there a cost for delivery?
No. We are proud to provide Free Shipping on every single order within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend required, and the price you see at checkout is the final total, including VAT.
3. How do I follow my package's journey?
As soon as your items are dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through the link provided in that email.
4. Am I able to cancel a purchase?
Yes. We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the moment you place your order. If you need to stop an order, please contact our support team immediately within this 24-hour timeframe.
5. What is your return policy timeframe?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, in their original state, and include all initial tags and packaging.
6. Who is responsible for return postage costs?
The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Faulty or Incorrect Items: There is no cost to you (£0.00). We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the product.

Personal Preference/Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return via a trackable shipping service.
7. Do you apply any restocking fees?
None at all. Brightwell does not charge any restocking fees for returned merchandise.
8. How quickly will my refund be processed?
After your return is received and passes our quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
9. Can I exchange an item for a different model?
Yes, we gladly offer exchanges with no extra fees. While you cover the cost of shipping the original item back to our warehouse, we will ship your new replacement item to you completely free of charge.
